Look Ma, A Lot of Photoshop

…and make-up. This video of a model’s transformation from average woman to billboard in 60 seconds has been making the rounds on the internet for a while now, but in light of our recent post about in-camera tricks to used make women look more beautiful, we thought it appropriate to take a look at what even more trickery can produce.

I have seen this video before and its amazing what photoshop can do! I am just starting to learn to use photoshop and I practice with pictures of myself and its amazing how photoshop can transform me to what my idea of perfect or flawless beauty is. In some way after I see how I can look in photoshop I get slightly disappointed in my real appearance. I guess that would be a negative effect of photoshop on a woman's self esteem but I have started to just use photoshop to see what it can do to my photo's without letting it make me feel bad about myself. When I think of how it made me feel at first I feel really silly! I hope other women don't feel bad when their pictures are edited in photoshop but instead look at it as a work of art and never forget the real beauty is when you look at yourself in the mirror. :)
