From Video to Flipbook with Motionbox

Bandw2_2 Video sharing and storage site motionbox.com, launched their new premium service Tuesday, which includes unlimited storage for $30 a year. The best part of the site comes without the membership fee—both free and Premium members can create customized flipbooks from videos they upload to the site.

No video-editing expertise is required to make the 3.5x2-inch books (which cost $9 each). You just upload a video, use the sliders to select which frames you want to include in your book, then pick a cover and make a title. The video clip can be up to 15 seconds long and you can even drag and drop in frames from other videos. While you can select your own flipbook cover, choices are limited to the site’s selection of clip art, but there are plans include user photos as cover artwork in the future.
